I was feeling a bit pressured to get the booking done quickly, but the page was really easy to find. No hassle at all, which was a relief.

The staff were genuinely lovely and friendly. It’s always nice to be treated with basic kindness and respect, and they made the whole experience feel welcoming

Went to Zip World with a couple of mates it was way more intense than I thought it would be. That first drop genuinely made my stomach disappear 😂 The ride itself was amazing and such a buzz, but I did feel a bit ignored at times when we were waiting around and trying to ask a couple of questions. The staff were friendly enough once they got to us and they definitely made it feel safe, but it would’ve been nice to feel a bit more looked after. Still, if you’re after a big thrill and a proper dose of nerves, it’s definitely worth doing. I’d probably go again.

I was a bit nervous going in and half-expecting there to be some hidden catch, because my brain loves inventing conspiracies whenever heights and safety gear are involved. But the staff were really clear with the instructions and checked all our kit properly before we went up, which put me at ease. They didn’t rush us at all, and that made a huge difference. Felt safe the whole way through, like they actually knew what they were doing and weren’t just saying the right things. Great day out in the end.

We had a good day out overall, but the age and height rules caught us off guard — well, not off guard exactly, we just didn’t realize they’d be that strict. My youngest ended up not being allowed on the ride, which was disappointing, but the rest of the visit was still fun...

Took the kids here for the day and they just had the best time. The staff were really friendly, and it felt safe and easy the whole time we were there. Just a fun day out for all of us, we’d definitely go again.

We had to cancel our booking last minute, and I was expecting it to be a total hassle. Thankfully, support got back to us quickly and handled the refund without a bunch of back and forth, which I really appreciated. The only annoying part was that some of the communication wasn’t super clear at first, so I wasn’t totally sure what was happening for a bit. Still, once they replied, they made the process simple. I’d book again when we’re able to go.

The location is cool, and the scenery around the site is really lovely with all the mountains and open space. It’s the kind of place that looks great once you’re finally there. That said, it did feel a bit too far out for me, and the roads and parking were a bit of a hassle. I felt like I was being forced to practice patience before I even got to enjoy the place, which was not exactly the relaxing start I had in mind. Overall, it’s a nice spot, just not perfect.

Booked it in just a few minutes and the steps were really clear. No messing about, which I appreciated. It was a really simple process — kind of boring in the best way, I guess.

I got a Zip World gift voucher for my brother’s birthday it was dead easy to sort online. The email came through quickly too, and it looked clear enough to either print off or just forward straight on... which was handy!
He hasn’t actually used it yet, but the booking side looks simple enough from what I can see. It’s a good shout when you’re stuck on what to buy someone, and there was no faff involved, which I definitely appreciated.

As someone who’s patient and usually happy to go with the flow, I still found the wait way too long. Once things got going it was good fun, but the delay definitely took the shine off the experience a bit...

They rebooked us really quick with no hassle at all. Super easy to deal with, which was such a relief becuase I didn’t want a whole back-and-forth over it.

There was loads of different activities to choose from, we didn't get bored at all. Was a really great day out with the kids.

the harness looked old, and the helmet straps kept bugging me. it wasn't a total dealbreaker, but it definitely made the experience less comfortable

The toilets seemed clean when I was there, and parking was straightforward. The cafe was handy afterwards too, which was nice. Overall, it felt like a good setup, and I can't really think of anything to complain about...

I figured I’d be waiting around for answers before our visit, but nope, they got back to me really quickly. Kind of surprised me, actually. They answered my questions clearly and were really helpful.

The place itself looked like it could be a lot of fun, but the arrival was all over the place. It wasn’t clear where we were supposed to go, the staff seemed rushed, and we ended up just standing around without anyone really telling us what was happening. It feels like these kinds of places are always chaotic at the start, but it definitely made the visit more stressful than it needed to be.

I did have a good time overall, but it felt way too pricey for what it was. The extra costs started adding up quick, and I’m not sure I’d pay that much again tbh

We did the zip line and decided to get the photo and video pack afterward. I’m really glad we did because I was way too nervous during the ride to even think about filming it myself. The photos and clips were easy to find and download, the video turned out better than I expected. It was such a nice way to relive the whole experience after the adrenaline wore off.
